RMA PROCESS
1. Fill in and submit RMA Form
Please download the RMA form and fill it. Then email it to your sales representative and C.C. to sales@linkopto.com.

2. RMA APPROVAL
After your RMA being reviewed and approved, Linkopto will send you a RMA code and details for return shipment.
3. RETURN SHIPMENT
Please return the items according to the guides you get.
You’ll get the notice of the solution for the items under the warranty status within 3 working days after Linkopto’s receiving your items.
4. You may get
1)Repair
2)Replacement
3)Payment refunded to the original payment account, or
In subsequent product purchases, the amount that needs to be refunded will become the preferential price, minus from the total amount of this purchase
Note: If the returned product exceeds the warranty status, Linkopto will charge the cost of repair or replacement, including the shipping cost of the return.
RMA is not acceptable if:
Products exceeds the warranty period
Products don't accord with Linkopto warranty policy
No RMA agreement was reached with a Linkopto sales representative before RMA
RMA is not done based on Linkopto RMA instructions
